The double doors on the side give you a wider opening for getting lawn equipment, bicycles, tools, totes, and other bulky items in and out. Because the interior is left open, you aren't locked into one particular use—you can add your own shelving or workbench, keep the floor open for equipment, or arrange the space around whatever you're actually trying to store. An 8x12 can be a good fit for someone who needs more room than a small garden shed but doesn't necessarily need to give up the yard space or budget for a much larger building. This is the exact building currently available on our lot in Manchester, Tennessee. Riverbrook's website inventory represents the actual buildings available rather than stock photos of something that would need to be ordered. For a cash purchase, a 10% deposit reserves the building, with the remaining balance due at delivery and installation. Rent-to-own is also available, with no credit check. Free delivery and setup are included within 30 miles of Riverbrook Buildings. On-lot inventory is typically delivered in approximately one week, although customers should allow one to two weeks. The delivery driver will contact you ahead of time to arrange delivery. A concrete pad is typically not necessary as long as the site is accessible and reasonably level. This building is backed by Old Hickory's 5-year limited workmanship warranty. The LP® SmartSide® siding also carries a 50-year limited warranty against fungal decay and termite damage. Our low monthly rental rates are comparable to mini warehousing rates. Our no-strings plan allows you to have your own storage facility at your home or business, when and where you need it. At the end of your agreed-upon rental term, you will own your shed as long as all payments have been made.
Delivery & Setup
Old Hickory Buildings & Sheds and its associates are not responsible for permits, covenant searches, restrictions, setbacks, yard damage, or underground damage. Please contact your local Building Inspector or Homeowners Association for information. It is the customer’s responsibility to decide if ground conditions are unsuitable for delivery. Free Delivery covers one trip up to 30 miles one way. Additional mileage or multiple trips may result in additional charges/fees. Free Setup includes leveling, starting with one corner at ground level, up to 3ft with customer supplied blocks. Customers who require their building to be set on concrete blocks must have them ready PRIOR to delivery OR have a clear agreement with the driver to supply the blocks at a price to be negotiated with the driver.
