At Riverbrook Buildings, we offer top-quality storage buildings and metal structures through Old Hickory Buildings & Sheds and MaxSteel. Utility Sheds

Straightforward, versatile storage with clean lines and a classic look. Perfect for lawn equipment, tools, seasonal items, and everyday use. Available with 6 ft, 7 ft, and 8 ft walls for added headroom.

Lofted Barns

Our most popular model. The lofts add extra storage overhead so you can keep the floor clear for workbenches, freezers, or larger equipment. All lofted barns come with 8 ft of loft space.

Deluxe Playhouses

A ready-to-finish lofted, non-lofted, or utility-style building with a porch, windows, and an entry door. Great for a home office, craft space, kids’ getaway, or small storefront.

Side or Center Porch Models

Designed for comfort and flexibility. Ideal for hunting land, weekend properties, guest rooms, offices, or hobby spaces. Add insulation, electric, and walls to turn these into fully functional living or work areas.

Studio / Single-Slope Sheds

Modern single-slope roof with clean, contemporary lines. Perfect for offices, workshops, gyms, or creative studios where natural light and a sleek look matter.

Animal Shelters

Built for livestock and pets using durable materials. Options include tack rooms, divider stalls, and enclosed areas. Works well for goats, horses, cattle, and poultry.

Garages

Heavy-duty and ready to work. Flooring options include 5/8", 3/4", or double 3/4". Choose a roll-up door or pull-down ramp. Excellent for ATVs, tractors, side-by-sides, or full workshop setups.

Custom Builds

Customize nearly any model with extra windows, specific layouts, upgraded doors, shelves, workbenches, or unique colors. Most builds take around two weeks, with delivery shortly after.

MaxSteel Metal Buildings

For larger structures, we also offer the full line of MaxSteel metal buildings, installed directly on your property. Built with strong steel framing and engineered for durability, these structures range from open carports to fully enclosed garages, RV covers, workshops, and multi-bay commercial setups. Choose sizing, colors, doors, lean-tos, insulation, and layouts to match your exact needs. Installation is included, and most projects are completed within a few weeks once materials arrive.
