Riverbrook Buildings is a locally owned portable building and metal building dealership proudly serving Manchester, Tennessee, and communities throughout Middle Tennessee. As an authorized dealer for Old Hickory Buildings and MaxSteel Buildings, we offer a wide selection of portable buildings and metal structures, including storage sheds, lofted barns, garages, workshops, playhouses, greenhouses, animal shelters, carports, RV covers, commercial buildings, and fully customized building solutions.

But Riverbrook Buildings wasn't built from years of selling buildings—it started as a customer's story.

About six years ago, I purchased my very own Old Hickory building on a rent-to-own plan. At the time, I was living on my grandmother's property and wanted a place of my own while living within my means. That building became my first home, and I lived in it for five years.

Living in an Old Hickory building gave me a perspective that very few dealers have. I experienced the entire process myself—from choosing the building and making monthly payments to living in it every single day. Because of that experience, I understand the questions customers have before they buy, and I know how important it is to choose the right building for your needs instead of simply the biggest or most expensive one.

During those years, I became friends with one of Old Hickory's delivery drivers. Over time, that friendship led to an opportunity I never expected: I was asked if I would be interested in operating my own dealership. Today, I'm proud to own Riverbrook Buildings and help other families, homeowners, farmers, and business owners find the right building for their property and budget.

I still own that very first building today, and it continues to serve as a reminder of where this journey began.
