Description
This pre-owned 10×20 utility shed offers a good amount of open floor space for storage, a workshop, or someone looking for an affordable building they can fix up to suit their needs. It features double doors for easy access, two 3×3 windows for natural light, and 5/8-inch engineered tongue-and-groove flooring. A wood-look floating floor has also been installed over the original flooring. Because this is a repossessed building, it does show signs of its previous use. Portions of the interior had previously been finished, and some of that material and electrical work has since been removed or damaged. We want customers considering a used building to know what they are getting, so this one is best suited for someone who doesn't mind doing some cleanup and interior work of their own. This is the exact building currently available on our lot at Riverbrook Buildings in Manchester, Tennessee. Delivery is free within 30 miles, with additional mileage available beyond that area. On-lot buildings are typically delivered within approximately one to two weeks, and no concrete pad is normally required as long as the delivery site is accessible and reasonably level. Our low monthly rental rates are comparable to mini warehousing rates. Our no-strings plan allows you to have your own storage facility at your home or business, when and where you need it. At the end of your agreed-upon rental term, you will own your shed as long as all payments have been made.
Delivery & Setup
Old Hickory Buildings & Sheds and its associates are not responsible for permits, covenant searches, restrictions, setbacks, yard damage, or underground damage. Please contact your local Building Inspector or Homeowners Association for information. It is the customer’s responsibility to decide if ground conditions are unsuitable for delivery. Free Delivery covers one trip up to 30 miles one way. Additional mileage or multiple trips may result in additional charges/fees. Free Setup includes leveling, starting with one corner at ground level, up to 3ft with customer supplied blocks. Customers who require their building to be set on concrete blocks must have them ready PRIOR to delivery OR have a clear agreement with the driver to supply the blocks at a price to be negotiated with the driver.
