Description
If you're looking for a storage building that's still fairly compact but gives you a little more room to work with, this 10×12 Utility Shed offers 120 square feet of usable floor space with several features already built in to help you stay organized. The wide double doors make it easier to move larger equipment in and out, whether you're storing a riding mower, lawn equipment, bicycles, tools, or seasonal items. Inside, this building already has a built-in workbench with additional shelving underneath, giving you dedicated space for tools, supplies, and smaller items without taking up as much of the open floor area. A window above the workbench also brings natural light into the building. The open framing leaves plenty of flexibility for adding more shelving, hooks, or other organization later. With its combination of floor space, built-in storage, and work surface, this shed could work especially well as a backyard storage building, lawn and garden shed, or a small workshop where you can keep your tools and projects together in one place. The exterior features painted wood siding with contrasting trim and a metal roof. Ventilation at both ends helps provide airflow through the building, and the diamond-plate threshold protects the entrance where equipment and foot traffic will pass through most often. This is the exact 10×12 building currently available on our lot at Riverbrook Buildings in Manchester, Tennessee. On-lot inventory is generally delivered within one to two weeks, with free delivery within 30 miles of Riverbrook Buildings. The delivery location needs adequate access and sufficient overhead clearance for the building and delivery equipment. Old Hickory provides a five-year limited warranty covering qualifying defects in workmanship and materials, subject to the terms of its written warranty. Rent-To-Own
Our low monthly rental rates are comparable to mini warehousing rates. Our no-strings plan allows you to have your own storage facility at your home or business, when and where you need it. At the end of your agreed-upon rental term, you will own your shed as long as all payments have been made.
Delivery & Setup
Old Hickory Buildings & Sheds and its associates are not responsible for permits, covenant searches, restrictions, setbacks, yard damage, or underground damage. Please contact your local Building Inspector or Homeowners Association for information. It is the customer’s responsibility to decide if ground conditions are unsuitable for delivery. Free Delivery covers one trip up to 30 miles one way. Additional mileage or multiple trips may result in additional charges/fees. Free Setup includes leveling, starting with one corner at ground level, up to 3ft with customer supplied blocks. Customers who require their building to be set on concrete blocks must have them ready PRIOR to delivery OR have a clear agreement with the driver to supply the blocks at a price to be negotiated with the driver.
