Once the order is submitted, you'll receive confirmation and the building will be reserved for you. On-lot buildings are typically delivered in approximately one week, although we recommend allowing one to two weeks. Delivery is free within 30 miles of Riverbrook Buildings, with additional mileage charges beyond that area.
