Description
This 10×16 Side Lofted Barn is a versatile storage building with the added convenience of having the double-door entrance located on the long side of the building. That layout can be especially useful depending on where the building will sit on your property and how you plan to access your equipment and stored items. Inside, the 10×16 footprint provides plenty of open floor space for lawn equipment, tools, a riding mower, four-wheeler, seasonal storage, and other larger items. It also includes 8 feet of loft space, divided between a 4-foot loft on the left and a 4-foot loft on the right, giving you overhead storage at both ends while keeping the center section open. One of the standout features of this particular building is the TechShield radiant heat barrier installed in both the roof and walls. The reflective barrier helps reduce radiant heat transfer into the building, making a noticeable difference in the amount of outside heat entering the interior. Other features include two 2×3 white paned windows for natural light, double doors, and 5/8-inch engineered tongue-and-groove flooring. The exterior is finished in Pewter Cast paint with Barn White trim and a Silver metal roof, giving the building a clean, neutral appearance. This is a 2026 model currently discounted 10% from the brochure price. Old Hickory Buildings backs its buildings with a 5-year limited warranty, while the LP SmartSide panel siding carries a 50-year limited warranty. Delivery is free within 30 miles of Riverbrook Buildings. Beyond 30 miles, delivery is $6 per mile for the additional mileage. If solid concrete leveling blocks are needed during setup, the driver carries them and they are $5 each. Our low monthly rental rates are comparable to mini warehousing rates. Our no-strings plan allows you to have your own storage facility at your home or business, when and where you need it. At the end of your agreed-upon rental term, you will own your shed as long as all payments have been made.
Delivery & Setup
Old Hickory Buildings & Sheds and its associates are not responsible for permits, covenant searches, restrictions, setbacks, yard damage, or underground damage. Please contact your local Building Inspector or Homeowners Association for information. It is the customer’s responsibility to decide if ground conditions are unsuitable for delivery. Free Delivery covers one trip up to 30 miles one way. Additional mileage or multiple trips may result in additional charges/fees. Free Setup includes leveling, starting with one corner at ground level, up to 3ft with customer supplied blocks. Customers who require their building to be set on concrete blocks must have them ready PRIOR to delivery OR have a clear agreement with the driver to supply the blocks at a price to be negotiated with the driver.
