Description
This 10×14 Lofted Barn is a great all-around storage building for someone who needs plenty of usable floor space without going to a much larger footprint. With both double doors open, you have approximately 70 inches of clearance, making it practical for storing equipment such as a riding lawn mower, four-wheeler, lawn and garden equipment, tools, and other larger items. Inside, the building has 5/8-inch engineered tongue-and-groove flooring and 8 feet of loft space divided between a 4-foot loft at the front and another 4-foot loft at the rear. That arrangement gives you overhead storage on both ends while leaving the center of the building open, so you can keep less frequently used items above and preserve the main floor for equipment and everyday storage. A 2×3 window at the rear also brings natural light into the building. The exterior is finished in Pewter Cast paint with Barn White trim and a Charcoal metal roof, giving it a clean, neutral appearance that should work well with a wide variety of homes and properties. This is a 2025 building that has just arrived at Riverbrook Buildings and is currently discounted 15% from the brochure price. Our low monthly rental rates are comparable to mini warehousing rates. Our no-strings plan allows you to have your own storage facility at your home or business, when and where you need it. At the end of your agreed-upon rental term, you will own your shed as long as all payments have been made.
Delivery & Setup
Old Hickory Buildings & Sheds and its associates are not responsible for permits, covenant searches, restrictions, setbacks, yard damage, or underground damage. Please contact your local Building Inspector or Homeowners Association for information. It is the customer’s responsibility to decide if ground conditions are unsuitable for delivery. Free Delivery covers one trip up to 30 miles one way. Additional mileage or multiple trips may result in additional charges/fees. Free Setup includes leveling, starting with one corner at ground level, up to 3ft with customer supplied blocks. Customers who require their building to be set on concrete blocks must have them ready PRIOR to delivery OR have a clear agreement with the driver to supply the blocks at a price to be negotiated with the driver.
