Description
If you're looking for a dedicated setup for a small backyard flock, this 6×8 chicken coop gives you the coop itself and the features your chickens need already built into one structure. The exterior is finished in Rustic Red LP® SmartSide® panel siding with Barn White trim and a Silver metal roof, giving it a traditional barn-style look. Inside, the coop has 5/8" treated square-edge flooring, along with built-in nesting areas and roosting space. Two windows provide natural light and ventilation, while the exterior chicken door and ramp give your flock their own way in and out without having to use the main walk-in door. This is the exact 6×8 chicken coop shown in the photos and is currently available on our lot in Manchester, Tennessee. For online purchases, the required deposit reserves the building, with the remaining balance handled according to the selected purchase option. On-lot buildings are generally delivered within one to two weeks, and the delivery driver will contact you ahead of time to schedule delivery. Free delivery is available within 30 miles of Riverbrook Buildings. Our low monthly rental rates are comparable to mini warehousing rates. Our no-strings plan allows you to have your own storage facility at your home or business, when and where you need it. At the end of your agreed-upon rental term, you will own your shed as long as all payments have been made.
Delivery & Setup
Old Hickory Buildings & Sheds and its associates are not responsible for permits, covenant searches, restrictions, setbacks, yard damage, or underground damage. Please contact your local Building Inspector or Homeowners Association for information. It is the customer’s responsibility to decide if ground conditions are unsuitable for delivery. Free Delivery covers one trip up to 30 miles one way. Additional mileage or multiple trips may result in additional charges/fees. Free Setup includes leveling, starting with one corner at ground level, up to 3ft with customer supplied blocks. Customers who require their building to be set on concrete blocks must have them ready PRIOR to delivery OR have a clear agreement with the driver to supply the blocks at a price to be negotiated with the driver.
