There's still plenty of open floor area in the middle for additional chairs, a small table, or whatever arrangement works best for the way you plan to use it. At 10×16, it's large enough to create a real outdoor gathering area while still being a manageable size for many residential properties. On-lot inventory is generally delivered within one to two weeks, with free delivery within 30 miles of Riverbrook Buildings. The delivery site needs adequate access and sufficient overhead clearance for the structure and delivery equipment. Old Hickory provides a five-year limited warranty covering qualifying defects in workmanship and materials, subject to the terms of its written warranty.
